Our spacious Standard Private Bedroom is located downstairs and provides plenty of space for sleeping and studying. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, as well as a standard twin-sized bed and a 2-drawer dresser that fits under a raised bed frame.

Apartments are fully furnished, including a 65" flat screen TV.

With our Student Life Fee, you will never have to worry about fighting your roommate to pay their portion of the utilities again! Each unit will be required to make three monthly student life fee payments of $260 for utilities and internet. This fee will be billed monthly through your online portal and split evenly between you and your summer roommates. It covers your portion of electric utilities and contributes to the overall usage of our high-speed fiber internet, water, sewer, and garbage services.

There are up to 4 tenants in each apartment.
