Seasons North offers a great housing location for SUU students, located just north of the Centrum. Our large shared bedroom and bathroom provide an affordable option with plenty of space for you and your roommate. The bedroom comes furnished with two standard twin-sized beds and two dressers. There is a laundry room available on-site below the office. The living room is furnished with a sofa and mounted TV. The kitchen includes all major appliances.


With our Student Life Fee, you will never have to worry about fighting your roommate to pay their portion of the utilities again! Each unit will be required to make four monthly student life fee payments of $165 for utilities and internet. This fee will be billed monthly through your online portal and split evenly between you and your summer roommates. It covers your portion of electric utilities and contributes to the overall usage of our high-speed fiber internet, water, sewer, and garbage services.
