7th & University Apartments offers spacious student family housing just half a block from Utah Tech University. These apartments feature open floor plans with large kitchens and living rooms, providing a comfortable place to live, study, and relax.

Each apartment includes a private washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, couch, TV, and kitchen table. Internet service is available for a $65 monthly fee. Residents are responsible for setting up and paying their own utility services.

The community is clean, safe, and well-maintained, with keyless entry locks and one free reserved parking space included with each apartment (a $150 annual value). Conveniently located near campus, the football stadium, and the Hurst Baseball Complex, residents can enjoy an easy commute to classes and university activities.
