Each bedroom has its own attached private bathroom, as well as a standard twin-sized bed and a 2-drawer dresser that fits under a raised bed frame, and plenty of closet space. Apartments are fully furnished, including a 65" flat-screen TV.

With our Student Life Fee, you will never have to worry about fighting your roommate to pay their portion of the utilities again! This fee will be billed monthly, and it covers your portion of electric utilities and contributes to the overall usage of our high-speed fiber internet, water, sewer, and garbage services. It is also easy and convenient to pay through your online portal!
