Summer Semester Bedroom Rate: $1,500

A $200 discount will be applied to summer rent for those who also sign a school-year lease.

Our large private bedrooms provide plenty of space for you and your roommate. The bedroom comes furnished with two standard twin-sized beds and two 5-drawer dressers. Each apartment includes its own washer and dryer. Living room is furnished with a loveseat and sofa. Kitchen includes all major appliances. High-Speed Fiber Internet is also provided.

With our Student Life Fee, you will never have to worry about fighting your roommate to pay their portion of the utilities again! Each unit will be required to make three monthly student life fee payments of $260 for utilities and internet. This fee will be billed monthly through your online portal and split evenly between you and your summer roommates. It covers your portion of electric utilities and contributes to the overall usage of our high-speed fiber internet, water, sewer, and garbage services.

There are up to 4 tenants in each apartment.
