This charming 4-plex boasts a lively and social living environment, just a short drive from the SUU Campus. Renowned for its prime location, thoughtful layout, and affordability, all units have recently undergone remodeling. Each unit features four private bedrooms, two bathrooms, and spacious living and kitchen areas, with ample parking for all tenants. Included in each unit are kitchen appliances, couches, and a mounted TV. Bedrooms are equipped with beds, closet space, and a study desk. The monthly student life fee of $55 covers high-speed internet and all utilities.
