Seasons North, conveniently located north of the Centrum, offers easy walking access for students avoiding the parking challenges on campus. Our apartments feature furnished living spaces with couches, a big-screen television, and essential kitchen appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. Each student enjoys a standard twin bed and dresser. The complex is secure with automatic door-locking deadbolts.

Our $55 Student Life Fee ensures seamless utility use, covering power, gas (for applicable units), water, sewer, garbage removal, snow removal, and high-speed internet. Paid through the online portal, this fee eliminates concerns about roommates' contributions or utility accounts.

On-site laundry and parking facilities are available. At Seasons North, we expect respectful, clean, and courteous tenants to adhere to the contract rules, fostering a high standard of living and enhancing the college experience away from home
