Stay Apartments, located east of Utah Tech University, offers fully-furnished student housing with various amenities, including a pool with a lounge deck and a park. The apartments feature an open floor plan, with options for shared or private bedrooms equipped with a standard twin bed and dresser for each student. The complex ensures cleanliness and safety with keyless locking deadbolts on doors.

Each apartment includes a private washer and dryer, major kitchen appliances, and Fiber Internet service. Enjoy fast fiber internet accessible via wifi throughout the property. The Student Life Fee of $65 per month covers all utilities, including power, water, sewer, garbage removal, and high-speed internet. This simplified process eliminates concerns about roommates not paying their share or managing utility accounts.
